    Under the lodging-only plan with included buffet breakfast, you have access to the common areas of the various hotels, such as the pool, gyms, beach area, and parking. Restaurants and bars have an additional cost during your stay from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

    Within the all-inclusive plan, you can enjoy all the facilities of Luna Palace Hotel and our other hotels (Océano Palace, Pacific Palace, and Star Palace). You'll have access to a buffet breakfast at Eclipse restaurant every morning from 7 AM to 12 PM, mimosa service during breakfast every day from 7 AM to 12 PM, à la carte lunch and dinner with different set menus daily, poolside snacks available all day, room service for food and beverages, in-room minibar service once a day, national open bar, and house cocktail selection. Additionally, you can experience live shows, evening entertainment, sports and recreational activities, and specialty restaurants with prior reservation

    Yes, each hotel offers free parking for guests. However, bus parking has a daily cost of $150.

    The check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out must be done before 12:00 PM.
